For most of my adult life, I've been helping people make sense of their technology — and helping them feel good about it.I spent nearly seven years at Apple, including at the flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York, learning how to meet people wherever they are with their tech — whether that's a first-time user or someone wrangling a complicated setup. Eventually I bucked the corporate system, grabbed the bull by the horns, and struck out on my own.I've found my calling here in Burlington, Vermont, helping my neighbors — families and small businesses across the New North End and northwestern Vermont — find and execute the solutions they need to bring technology into their lives in the most comfortable, healthy, and valuable way possible.
